Visiting the website

The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). To deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the technical data of each request, such as the page asked for, the time and your browser, and keeps them only briefly. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a website that works and is safe (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Writing to us

Messages to hello@nitpicky.dev are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox. We use what you write, and your address, only to answer you, and keep it as long as the conversation needs it or the law asks us to (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Your rights

You may ask us what we keep about you, and have it corrected, deleted or restricted, or object to its use, or receive it in a common format. Write to hello@nitpicky.dev. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
